University is a member of National Knowledge Network (NKN) of National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NME-ICT), MHRD, Government of India. Under this program, University receives 1 Gbps bandwidth for Internet connectivity through NIC (National Informatics Center).

As per the mission statement and also to meet the visions and the objectives of the University, a sound IT infrastructure for effective use of the technology has been installed in the University campus. It includes fiber optic LAN among different offices of the university and Ethernet LAN within buildings. Moreover, to extend the outreach of network connectivity throughout the University campus including Residential Blocks, Student’s Hostels, Guest Houses and other areas of the University, the wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) has also been installed.

Faculty members of the University are facilitated with a PC to access the LAN and Internet resources for their academic and Research purposes.

The University follows the policy of PC/Mac binding to access the LAN and Internet within the campus, any member of University can get access to the network, by making a request on the prescribed application format.
